As 2023 concluded, we seized a significant opportunity to enhance our recruitment expertise by initiating a new company, supported by the seasoned insights of Protocol Labs, with Juan Benet as our esteemed advisor. This partnership with Protocol Labs, borne out of a history of successful collaborations, has inspired us to embark on this venture with their full support.

While we continue to work closely with Protocol Labs (aiding in the development of their network and exclusively managing recruitment for their internal positions) our aspirations extend beyond—actively engaging with some of the most innovative projects in the Web3 space and consistently establishing new connections in the dynamic digital environment.

Co-founder & CEO
I am a creative, energetic, and empathetic talent acquisition leader, spending the last 13 years in technical recruiting within companies both large and small. I thrive in ambiguous environments where I can grow and motivate teams to have an impact quickly while continuing to innovate. I am passionate about working for mission-driven companies and most recently led a large recruiting team at web3 powerhouse Protocol Labs, an Open Source R&D company working to drive breakthroughs in computing to push humanity forward.

Prior to Protocol Labs, I was leading high-performing teams of recruiters at Facebook and prior to Facebook, was leading technical recruitment at a growing ad-tech company.
