Interplanetary Talent Services (IPTS) was born from a genuine passion for emerging technology and a belief that the internet can—and should—be a force for good. From the very beginning, our founders have played key roles in advancing groundbreaking initiatives that push the boundaries of what’s possible online, always with an eye toward creating a more open, accessible, and human-centered digital future.
As 2023 came to a close, we recognized an exciting opportunity to deepen that impact by launching a new chapter in our journey. With the support and guidance of Protocol Labs, and with Juan Benet as a trusted advisor, we set out to build something meaningful—rooted in a shared history of collaboration and a common vision for technology that empowers people around the world.
Today, while we continue to work closely with Protocol Labs—supporting the growth of their network and leading recruitment for their internal teams—our mission reaches further. Co-founder & CEO
I am a creative, energetic, and empathetic talent acquisition leader, spending the last 13 years in technical recruiting within companies both large and small. I thrive in ambiguous environments where I can grow and motivate teams to have an impact quickly while continuing to innovate. I am passionate about working for mission-driven companies and most recently led a large recruiting team at web3 powerhouse Protocol Labs, an Open Source R&D company working to drive breakthroughs in computing to push humanity forward.
Prior to Protocol Labs, I was leading high-performing teams of recruiters at Facebook and prior to Facebook, was leading technical recruitment at a growing ad-tech company.
As a seasoned recruiting leader, I bring extensive experience and a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Over nearly a decade, I've enabled companies to achieve 300%-500% growth by collaborating with executive leadership for tangible results.
At IPTS, as Co-Founder and COO, I oversee daily operations and align milestones with the CEO's strategic vision. I implement scalable, data-driven hiring processes, optimize performance using talent metrics, and recruit for startups across various functions.
